Terms and Conditions

Matka Game

Every customer dining at Bishop&Bagg, 52 Rue Saint Viateur O, Montréal, H2T 2K8, is eligible to participate in the Matka Game between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends). No token is required. Each customer may roll the Matka dice once when requesting their bill. If they roll a B&B, their individual portion of the food and drink bill is free — the value is deducted from the total group bill.

  1. The Promoter of the offer is Bishop&Bagg, 52 Rue Saint Viateur O, Montréal, H2T 2K8.

  2. The Matka Game is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

  3. The game is active Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and is not available on weekends.

  4. No token is required to participate.

  5. Each customer present during the promotion period is eligible to roll the dice once when requesting their bill.

  6. A roll resulting in a “B&B” entitles the individual customer who rolled it to receive their food and drink for free.

  7. The prize is limited to that customer’s portion of the food and drink bill. The value of the win is deducted from the total group bill.

  8. Taxes and gratuities are not included in the prize.

  9. The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

  10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  11. Bishop&Bagg is not liable for any loss or damages incurred in connection with this promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  12. Bishop&Bagg reserves the right to withhold the promotion in cases of unfair play, dishonesty, or abuse of the rules.

  13. By rolling the dice, the customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  14. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms will take precedence.

  15. Bishop&Bagg reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time.

  16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
